This 1000+ whp Toyota Supra is a serious street legal drag car.  This car keeps it’s interior with the addition of racing seats, various gauges, and a roll cage.  The only exterior hint that this is a race car is the external kill switch.  This car keeps the stock body lines.  Under the hood is a totally different story.  Powering this 1000+ whp Supra is a built 3.0L 2JZ with a GT4788.  The power will be sent to the ground through a TH400 transmission.  The goal for this car is to run 8s in the quarter-mile.  With the previous setup, this car was capable of 9.40s in the quarter-mile.  To assist the large 88mm turbo to spool, a 250 shot of NOS was added.  The NOS was not used for the 1000+whp dyno runs.  The NOS will be saved for the drag strip.  This car is tuned with AEM by John Reed.  It will be running at the drag strip in Maui.  We hope to see some good results for the this car.
